Harold “Hal” Morrison Pringle
January 2, 1935 – March 9, 2022
Harold “Hal” Morrison Pringle, 87, died Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in Twin Falls, Idaho.
He was born to Gordon and Amy Pringle on January 2, 1935 in Tuxedo Park, New York. He met his wife Mary Ethel Allison of Nyack, New York while in high school. They married on May 7, 1955, and moved to Niceville, Florida, where he was stationed at Eglin AFB. From there they moved to Japan from 1962 to 1964, then stationed at Southern California Norton AFB. They lived in Redlands, California for 27 years and moved to Twin Falls, Idaho in 1991 after retiring from the US Postal Service. Harold actively participated in his church‘s Bible study and did a daily devotional on social media. He was a football and sports enthusiast.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 66 years, Mary Ethel Pringle; a son Dwight (Stephanie) Pringle of San Clemente, California; his daughter Allison (David) Hamilton of Twin Falls, Idaho; grandchildren Kayla Dunham Brown, Benjamin Pringle, Charity Ries, Taylor Pringle all of San Clemente, Jordan Laird of Sandpoint, Idaho, Teddy Laird of Twin Falls, Daniel Hamilton of Twin Falls, Kathleen Hamilton of Lynden, Washington, Melaine Hamilton of Eugene, Oregon, Tom Hamilton of Washington, and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Harold’s honor to the Lighthouse Christian School athletic program.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Twin Falls.
