Exhibition of cars from the Saint-Léo Catholic Church

St. Leo Catholic Church, 2109 Sulfur Springs Road, Inwood, West Virginia, will have its first car and truck show on September 18. The rainy date is September 25. The participation fee for the show is $ 15; the event is free for spectators. Open to all makes and models of vehicles. There are 32 trophies and six $ 25 gift cards for the winners. There will also be a raffle and 50/50 auction, as well as music from a DJ. Food and drinks available. Proceeds benefit the St. Leo building fund. Food distribution

Centenary Reformed United Church of Christ at 202 S. Cameron St., Winchester, will distribute prepackaged breakfasts and pantry items in the church parking lot from noon to 1 pm on September 24.

Breakfast Missions Spirit and Word

Spirit & Word Missions will sponsor an all-you-can-eat country breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on September 25 at Spirit & Word Fellowship Church, 1275 Tasker Road, Stephens City. Cost: Adults, $ 7; children 5 and under $ 2.

Little Mountain UMC Chicken Dinners

Little Mountain United Methodist Church will be offering barbecue chicken take-out meals with baked beans, parsley potatoes and buns on September 25 at the church at 259 Little Mountain Church Road, Winchester. Meals available from 2 p.m. until full. Gift of free will, with all proceeds going to the Laurel Center in Winchester.

Clothing gifts, housewares

Brucetown United Methodist Church will distribute clothing, housewares, toys, books and furniture from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on September 25. A drive-through lunch will also be available. The church is located at 2161 Brucetown Road, Clearbrook. For more information, call the church at 540-662-5275.

Dinner at the wheel of Refuge UMC

Refuge United Methodist Church, 717 Refuge Church Road, Stephens City, will be offering a drive-through grilled chicken dinner starting at 4 p.m. on September 25 while supplies last (no presale). Church offering a bereavement support group

If you’ve lost a loved one or know someone who has lost them, we know it hurts and we want to help. Starting September 7 at 6 p.m., a special weekly seminar / support group called GriefShare will be offered at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2774 Northwestern Pike, Winchester. Free community meal at the wheel

A free drive-through meal is offered at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, located at 2732 Martinsburg Pike, on the fourth Monday of each month from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
